Avion focuses on Level D Full Flight Simulator design, manufacturing, and operation. Avion enables airlines to train at their home base, giving them the ideal opportunity to reach economic, environmental and social sustainability targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Brand, PR and communications strategy.

    I’ve developed the company's brand and corporate identity and the resulting integrated communications strategy. I’ve implemented communication plans to increase global brand awareness and recognition for the organisation.

  • Marketing and sales development.

    I’ve managed the back office of the sales department. I’ve acted independently for both
    direct sales of flight simulators, Flight Training Center (FTC) concept, and sim capacity sales in an assigned geographical area – all based on a structured sales and marketing plan and in-depth knowledge of the market and potential client base. I’ve initiated and conducted market analysis, generated sales statistics, and designed and launched marketing initiatives. In my role, I’ve worked closely with System Architects, the Service Manager, the Director of Engineering and the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure that proposals met the customers’ expectations.

  • Global event management.

    Part of my job at Avion is overseeing multiple worldwide events simultaneously, in line with the marketing budget I’m responsible for. I’ve coordinated Avion’s presence at events like the Dubai Airshow and the World Aviation Training Summit in Orlando.
